Online registration for the clinic closed on July 5th so we could finalize materials and prepare for your arrival.

If you're seeing this after the deadline, you can still attend the clinic by registering onsite. A $5.00 late registration fee will be required at check-in.

If you will be registering late, please arrive early to the check-in area. Be prepared with your SportsEngine username and password and have a credit card ready to pay your late registration fee (this applies to all late registrations including School Based Members).
