The New Mexico High School Coaches Association is an organization of coaches working for the betterment of NM coaches. The NMHSCA was established in 1941. In order for NM High School Athletes to be eligible for all-star & all-state selection, their head coaches must be members of the NMHSCA. The NMHSCA is responsible for professional development of NM Coaches, All-Star teams, All-State teams, NM Coaches' Awards Programs, and working with the NMAA on behalf of NM Coaches.
Coaches & Associate members can register for the NMHSCA as an individual member. Individual members receive membership benefits, but they must pay to attend NMHSCA Coaching Clinic and professional development presentation.

The AFCA is an organization of the Metro Area Football Coaches. The Albuquerque Football Coaches Association is responsible for choosing the All-Metro Football teams as well as hosting its annual awards show. You must be a member of the AFCA in order for your athletes to be eligible to be chosen for the All-Metro Football teams.
The AMBCA is an organization of the Metro Area Basketball Coaches. The AMBCA is responsible for choosing the All-Metro Basketball teams as well as hosting its annual awards show. You must be a member of the AMBCA in order for your athletes to be eligible to be chosen for the All-Metro Basketball teams.
The NMHSCA is a proud affiliate partner of the AVCA. Because of the affiliation between the AVCA & NMHSCA, NM Volleyball Coaches can become a member of the AVCA for a $15.00 discount. NM Volleyball coaches will also be provided an opportunity for national recognition via AVCA Awards programs such as the AVCA ThirtyUnder30, AVCA ThirtyUnder30 High School AVCA TEam Academic Under Armour Phenom and All-America program and the other aVCA awards programs offering. The Baseball Coaches Association is an organization working for the betterment of baseball coaches in New Mexico. The BCA has their annual coaches clinic the Friday & Saturday after the State Football championship. You must be a member of the NMBCA in order for your baseball players to be eligible for the all-state baseball teams.
Purpose of the NMTCCCA is threefold: to advocate what is best for our sports, its athletes, and coaches, to educate all parties about our sports’ dynamics and to further knowledge and skills that promote it, and to celebrate the achievements that are the fruits of our efforts.
