The AFCA is selects and publishes All-Metro Football teams.  The process for selection is that all head football coaches of AFCA members meet.  All coaches place nominations for positions on a dry erase board.  Each coach then speaks about his team's nominations.  Each coach has a vote.  All coaches vote to determine the All-Metro athletes for each team.
